Yes, Collegeville will mean more traffic

WINONA, Minn., May 25, 2002 -- Traffic from the proposed 36-house Collegeville subdivision opposite Saint Mary's University will not empty directly onto Highway 14, City Planner Mark Moeller said. Access to Collegeville will be from Knopp Valley Drive at a new intersection with Valley Trail Drive, Moeller said. Inevitably, however, there will be more traffic at the Knopp Valley intersection with Highway 14, a congested 45-mph area, he said.

Background: Collegeville described as "cozy"
