2003 CLASSMATES

JENNY BUTLER (MCPJ-2003) joined the 50,000-circuation Moline Dispatch and Rock Island Argus in the Quad Cities region of Iowa and Illinois as a phootgrapher. During the Iowa caucus campaigns, she shot John Edwards, John Kerry, Richard Gephardt and Al Gore. She.s also shot semi-pro hockey and a 3 Doors Down concert. On her second day she got a SWAT team stand-off. Earlier she was with the Winona Daily News. Updated March 2004




CHRISTINA CLAWSON (MCPR-2003) joned Fallon Minneapolis as a public relations associate. She calls Fallon one of the world's most creative advertising agencies. Her responsibilities include publicity for Fallon's creative work and to provide support for the overall global communications effort. To celebrate the firm's 25th anniversary founders Pat Fallon and Fred Senn wrote a book, "Juicing the Orange," (Harvard Business School Press), with how-to case studies on creativity driving profits. It was a Clawson project to promote the book. Updated July 2006




BRETT CAROW (MCJ-2003) joned the Winona Post in grtaphics, Earlier he was with the Southwest Michigan Devil Rays baseball team in Battle Creek, Mich., as media relations director. Updated July 2006




ANN NOLIN (MCJ-2003) was named editor of Minnetonka Magazine, a new publication in the Twin Cities. The magazine is owned by the publisher o Minneapolis / St. Paul Magazine, for which she had been freelancing and ealier interned. Updated October 2004




JEN POWLESS (MCJ-2003) joined Unimax, a communications software company in Minneapolis, as a technical writer. Updated February 2004


EMILY WILSON (MCJ-2003) was named assistant editor with the Coulee News/Onalaska Life/Holmen Courier papers. She joined the orgbanization as reporter at the Coulee News in West Salem, Wis. Updated September 2005
